Monaghan has hosted a popular TV series in Japan, entitled “Aloha
Tengoku”. The show reaches more than 6 million homes on Sky Perfect
TV and spotlights the Hawaiian Islands. He also writes a column for
Japan Airlines’ website, entitled Sam’s Log. Sam has recently gained
major television exposure in Japan for his role in escorting the
famous Hawaiian Voyaging Canoe, HOKULEA, for its first ever visit to
Japan.
