OCEAN JOY CRUISES

Ocean Joy Cruises is one of Oahu's finest tour companies. The Kai 'Oli 'Oli offers the latest technology, the freshest ideas, the most enthusiastic service, and the priceless value of personal attention.

The founder, Shane Griffin, had been vacationing on Kauaêi every year for 25 years, and every time he went there, he was sure to go on some sort of boat tour along the Na Pali Coast. It was his favorite thing to do! He loved the feeling of being on the open water with beautiful beaches, mountains, and valleys in front of him. He later joined his family on Oêahu and discovered the unspoiled beauty of the Makua Coast and Kaêena Point. It is unbelievable to be able to experience that raw, unspoiled beauty of the outer islands, while still in the comfort and convenience of Oahu. This is what he envisioned years ago, and this is what we bring to you today. Our Escape to Paradise Dolphin & Snorkel Adventure will bring you where few others have gone. Bus tours that –circle” the island will actually skip the West Coast all together, because the road does not go around Kaena Point. Absolutely the best way to see this unspoiled coast is from the ocean, and the Kai 'Oli'Oli will take you there!

NETA (The National Educational Telecommunications Association)

We at PlanSea are proud to announce the newest addition to our Partners' page, The National Educational Telecommunications Association. NETA is a non-profit organization that broadcasts quality educational programming to more than 38 million K-12 students on a daily basis. NETA shares our vision of promoting positive programming that will inspire children and their families to protect our fragile marine environment.

SONY

I've been shooting and producing ocean adventure programming for more than 15 years. In 2004, SONY generously sponsored me a booth at their annual tradeshow in Honolulu, Hawaii. This venue allowed me to showcase one of my productions shot with a SONY camera, The Atlantics "Flight of the Surf Dogs".

Shooting in and around the ocean environment is tough on video equipment, especially in extreme ocean conditions. The few times I've had equipment issues, mostly due to intense shooting conditions, the staff at SONY HAWAII provided excellent repair turn around time. SONY manufactures the finest video products and along with superior customer service, makes my next equipment purchase from them a given.

ART MILES MURALS PROJECT

AMMP is a passionate and colorful 12 year movement combining the efforts of children and adults worldwide, to promote Global Peace and Harmony through Mural Art. I was inspired by Joanne and Fouad Tawfilis, founders of the Art Miles Mural Project and Hawaii's premiere Nature Artist, Patrick Ching, to create the Celebrate the Sea documentary television series. We are nearing the end of production for the CTS pilot show and hope to have a completed product by the summer of 2009.

OCEAN NETWORK

The Ocean Network is a cable TV channel dedicated to the world's ocean and everything that happens in, on and around it. You'll find surfing, fishing, diving, boating, marine exploration, sea life and lots more. The overriding theme to the channel is ocean advocacy. The Ocean Network is based in Hawaii with an eye toward expansion to the US mainland, the Pacific Rim and beyond. Programming on the Ocean Network comes from Hawaii, the mainland and producers around the world. Currently, the channel can be seen throughout the state of Hawaii on channel 349. You can also get a glimpse of the programming from the ON website www.oceannetwork.tv.

Google Earth's Ocean

I was honored when I was invited to become a content provider for Google Earth's recent OCEAN addition. This new application allows Internet users the option of exploring the world's seas and provides a great resource for people of all ages to learn more about aquatic life. Our alliance with Google Earth's OCEAN complements our mission at PlanSea of inspiring people of all ages to love and protect our precious marine environment.
